Cancellations & Sick Policy

We send final confirmation for each class one week before the start date.

We will not enroll you in any future 10DaySwim classes if you cancel after this final "one week" confirmation email is sent. The exception is for medical emergencies.

It is not necessary to cancel because your child is going to miss one day for a planned specialist doctor appointment made prior to enrollment. One missed class generally does not affect the outcome, and you are paying for an outcome, not time in the water.

If a child becomes ill during class we let that illness run its course and then resume instruction. Afterwards, if there is more than one missed day, we work with you to get your child into another session to finish the classes. **We do not do make up's for one missed class unless it is deemed necessary.

Please do not bring your children if they are sick!
