Cancellations & Sick Policy
Deposit and Rescheduling Policy:
A $100 deposit is required per child to reserve a session and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Requests to change a session date or time must be submitted by text or email at least two weeks prior to the scheduled session. Changes are limited to the same season and are subject to availability. Only one schedule change is permitted per swimmer. Verified medical/family emergencies may receive a credit extension of up to one year.
Session Confirmation Policy:
Final confirmations are sent one week before the session start date and require a response to confirm attendance.
This ensures clear communication about important updates, such as weather. If no response is received, the registration will be considered canceled, and the $100 non-refundable deposit forfeited.
Missed Lessons & Sick Policy:
Missing one day of lessons? There’s no need to cancel — one missed lesson won’t affect their progress. You’re investing in a successful outcome, not time in the water.
**We do not offer make up's for one missed lesson unless it is deemed necessary by the instructor.
If your child becomes sick and must miss several days, allow them to rest and recover fully. Once they’re feeling better, lessons will resume and continue only as long as needed for your child to reach proficiency in the water, as outlined in our guarantee. Our goal is always to help every swimmer finish strong.
