Session Preparation List
For Parents:
- All parents must review the 10DaySwim “What to Expect” guide before Day 1.
- Submit your signed waiver on Day 1 and remaining payment on Day 3.
- Use the restroom before arriving. Bathroom access is limited in some locations.
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early. No make-ups for traffic or tardiness.
- Limit spectators and ensure sibling or guests do not play near the pool while waiting.
- Your role is to smile and trust the process. Please refrain from giving instructions during class.
For Swimmers:
- No other swim or pool time during your 10-day session (two weeks). This is critical — don’t waste your investment!
- No food within 2 hours before lessons— this may be eased once your swimmer acclimates.
- Arrive ready to learn in swim clothes when possible, and bring a towel and dry clothes for after.
- Do not apply sunscreen— lessons are only 10 minutes, and sunscreen makes swimmers slippery and fogs the pool.
- Swim diapers are mandatory for any child not fully and confidently potty trained. Review the strict diaper policy sent by email.
- No personal flotation devices, toys, or goggles — only instructor-approved gear is permitted.
- Do not bring your child sick! Review our sick policy for more details.
NOTE: We swim in the rain but pause for lightning. If lightning occurs, we’ll exit the pool immediately and resume once conditions are safe. Weather-related cancellations will be communicated by call or text.
Swimming is a LIFE SKILL — the greatest gift you can give someone you love
